David – he’s adorable! Congrats to you and the Mrs.

I see that he already has a Carolina Blue hat! Herewith, my ode to your son:

He’s destined to wear Tarheel Blue.
Feed him RC, Moonpies, and “Q”.
    By the time he’s eighteen
He’ll be tall, lithe, and lean,
And wear a size fourteen shoe!

  13. Congratulations on the birth of your son!

How did I miss this?? Guess I should have been paying more attention. Well, that’s ok, your probably too tired to notice it took me this long to notice anyway.
Congratulations David, I know you are a very happy and proud Daddy, and don’t worry, you do get to sleep again………….eventually

  17. David and Laurie–Small world! Anna Marie is the one who put the pink flamingo in our yard to welcome Patrick home! (It’s a College Park thing.)

Thanks Stu–I’ll bring the little man by the garden center when…IF…the weather ever warms up!

  18. Gaelen says:

    Fantastic!

I’m a little late to the party but no less excited for you both!

So you have a little Aquarius – just like me, good luck with that LOL!

Now you have someone to teach and pass down all you have learned about gardening to, how wonderful.
I started when I was three at my dad’s side, pulling weeds and planting seeds. My nephew is 2 and we’ve all ready started him on weed pulling. Slave drivers that we are lol. Hey a little extra help with the weeds is a good thing. ;)

  19. Carla says:

My word! Look what the cat dragged in. ;-) I’m so happy for you. Who is going to watch the baby while you’re digging and raking and weeding?

  20. Meg says:

What a sweet child. Congratulations to you both.
